Former Temple Law student Gerald Ung, age 29, who was arrested for shooting a man six times last January at 4th and Market streets, met before another jury today.
Ung, who philly.com reported was tearing up during the trial, said he shot 24-year-old Eddie DiDonato, a recent Villanova graduate, because he was attacked.
