Temple Chief Financial Officer Anthony Wagner appointed Margaret Carney, from Case Western Reserve University, as associate vice president and university architect.

Carney will oversee the implementation of the 20/20 plan for campus development and “all matters relating to the physical character and quality of Temple’s campuses.”
