Because of budgeting constraints, Temple has had to cancel “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.” So instead of a nice day off from school where the kids sit twiddling thumbs in the corners of offices throughout campus, they’ll be forced to do the same at ther desks in school.

The planning committee that organizes such events said they hope to bring the program back in the future, according to a university announcement.
