Ok, maybe not Philadelphia, but “Philadelphia-area”.

Tuesday night, someone flattened the tires of 40 buses in the Pennsauken school district, presumably to avoid going to school. That same person awkwardly spray-painted “Sen ’08” on one of the buses as well.
This, however, does not compete with the recent chicken run in the Northeast.
