Minutes after 4:20 p.m. today, a huge line of students looking to take advantage of Insomnia’s eight cookies for $4.20 at 4:20 p.m. on 4/20 formed outside the truck, despite the rain.
Since then, they have been receiving orders for more than 400 cookies every ten minutes — four times the amount the truck can make at once.
