Independence Hall, which once housed the Liberty Bell, is now home to Philadelphia’s second-most famous crack.

According to an Associated Press article on Philly.com, the Independence Hall tower is leaking, and National Park Service officials have budgeted $4.3 million to go toward its repair.

The article said construction would begin in 2011, and the Hall will remain open to the public.

Until then, bring an umbrella. Nobody likes a soggy tourist.
