As his tour bus drove down 13th street students crowded the bus and ran a quick lap down Polett Walk and the artist quickly returned back to his tour bus. Wale was said to come today around 1pm but actually showed up at 4pm leaving a lot of anxious and even angry fans.
Temple students are no different from any other college when it comes to blogging. Whether it’s fashion, sports or music there is a blog to cater to most specific of topics. One blogger choose to venture from the usual and start a blog of campus “cuties” spotted at the Tech Center called “Tech Temptations”. Some of the photos are candid but hilarious none the less. I’m interested to see where this goes.
68 credits later I think I need a new id photo. I’m no longer that laid back, I have everything planned, everyday is a new beginning, Saba. I need a photo that I don’t look at everyday and think to myself, “WHAT HAPPENED?!” I need an id photo that accurately depicts the 20 year old Saba that is ready for a meltdown at any moment and in her new home, Club Tech. Like this one.
As usual, I came to club Tech to get some work done. For some reason I had no inspiration nor motivation to get my editing session started so I did what any uninspired editor would do, walk away from the computer. My intentions were to get fresh air, grab a lattee from Saxby and hurry back to the computer lab before it was impossible to get a MAC. After one short phone call to a friend and two subway rides to Center City I found myself in Chinatown in the mist of a festival. We ended up staying for an hour and a half trying delicious foods and engaging in cultural experiences from all over. It was a beautiful night and positive energy all around. Now, I’m back at the Tech …and still no inspiration.
