If your Facebook obsession is taking over your life, fear not. Life as you know it will soon become one more Facebook application.

Blackboard is now a Facebook application. Blackboard Sync was launched two weeks ago and has about 189 daily users. The app allows users to access course information and connect with classmates.

Blackboard Sync will notify users about new information posted by professors. Students will then have to go to the Blackboard site to see a newly posted grade or online quiz from a professor.

If successful, this application could help students keep up with their schoolwork while stalking their peers.
