According to the Philadelphia Daily News, two groups of students were robbed at 12th Street and Susquehanna Avenue and 17th and Diamond streets Friday night by three men said to be in their 20s.

The robberies come after a tumultuous end to the fall semester, when three armed robberies occurred in houses and around Main Campus. At the start of this semester, Executive Director of Campus Safety Services Carl Bittenbender announced an increase in security on and off campus.
