The answer depends on who you are, but regardless; don’t spend all your free time waiting for a check in the mailbox.
According to Recovery.gov, a Web site created by the U.S. government to tell you where your hard-earned tax dollars are going, 143,000 jobs will be saved/created in Pennsylvania within the next two years.
The site also allows for you to read the 407 pages of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act so no American can say they didn’t know where their money was going.

The Act states that no state money can be used for “modernization” of buildings at higher education institutions.
If Temple gets its hands on any of this money, it looks like the new Tyler School of Art and Alter Hall will be the last new buildings for a while, unless students pay for them. The Temple University budget for the 2009 fiscal year estimates that tuition and fees will pay for 68.1 percent of the budget.
