NCC DEBATE: “It ain’t over til it’s over.”

The senators have finished their debate, and supporters of both candidates are championing their performances.  Mayor Michael Nutter said he doesn’t like to predict what happens on Tuesdays — from City Council meetings to primary elections — but felt that Hillary had done her best tonight.

Rep. Patrick Murphy said he believed Sen. Obama performed well.  A veteran himself, Murphy said he thinks Obama will keep the interests of veterans in mind should be win the general election in November.

Of course, we won’t see what impact the debate had on voters until Tuesday, when the primary election is held.  Pennsylvania has 178 delegates up for grabs and will greatly help to determine the Democratic nominee for president.
