First of 10,000 men hit the streets

And so, about 100 men, who will be leading the ten thousand men effort citywide, received some training on Tuesday night. They went out on patrol in some of South Philadelphia’s crime-hardened streets.

“It’s a new day, a new day. In a peaceful way, a peaceful way,” the men chanted.
