The first involves one of Philadelphia’s finest, CBS3 anchor Larry Mendte, as he covers a flood a few years back.  Just as he gives viewers advice on what not to do, Larry becomes an instant hypocrite.  If you stick around long enough, you’ll see ousted anchor Alycia Lane looking concerned.
